This review is not for this location, it is for one of the current dentists, Dr. James A Keith. This review is based on my experience with Dr. Keith at the Dent1st in Johns Creek in spring 2024. I had a crown that had come off on my upper back tooth, and needed the crown replaced or the tooth removed. I had the misfortune of being paired with Dr. Keith, and each time I had an appointment with him he was unkind, borderline rude, and lacked professionalism. I wanted to remove the tooth instead of have another crown, because this was my second crown on that tooth and I didn't think it would stay on. Dr. Keith talked me into the crown instead of removing the tooth. During the course of my treatment for the crown, Dr. Keith made numerous snarky and uncalled for remarks about how difficult it was for him to work on the tooth because of the location. I have absolutely no control over that, I can't move that tooth to a different location in my mouth. At one point, he was literally standing and hovering over me to work on the crown. This was the second time I had the crown come off, and the first dentist that handled my crown did not need to hover over me. It makes me wonder about Dr. Keit

I began visiting this location last year expecting a higher level of professionalism and efficiency, but unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing. While the dentist was pleasant, outgoing, and down-to-earth, the rest of the care and administrative support has been deeply lacking. During my cleaning, the hygienist focused more on conversation than the actual procedure; the cleaning felt incredibly rushed and incomplete, leaving me with the impression that several areas were missed entirely. Furthermore, I have been trying to coordinate orthodontic treatment (braces or Invisalign) for over six months. The front desk staff repeatedly cited insurance delays as the reason for the hold-up. However, when I contacted my insurance provider directly, they confirmed that this office had never submitted a request or reached out at all. Despite calling more than six times over the last six months, being promised expedited service by multiple staff members, and even receiving an assurance from the dentist that he would personally facilitate the process, no progress has been made as of June. Due to the lack of thorough clinical care and systemic administrative follow-thro

10/10 experience at the Alpharetta location. Dr. Keith and his assistant Amiel were fantastic. They made sure I understood everything that was going on and were very kind during the entire appointment. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a dentist!

I had a great experience at DentFirst Dental Care in Alpharetta. Dr. Debowksy was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit and answered all of my questions. His dental assistant, Heba, was also amazing. She was very kind, attentive, and made the whole experience feel much less stressful. Both of them worked really well together and made me feel like I was in good hands. Overall, the staff was friendly and the clinic was very organized. I would definitely recommend DentFirst Dental Care in Alpharetta to anyone looking for a great dental team.

A wonderful team, The Receptionist Jennifer is cheerful and extremely helpful. She was able to tell me about the insurance provided through the office, what I would receive through their plan and got me set up! Dr Bryan Debowsky was extremely knowledgeable, he explained the procedure I would be having throughly. He was very funny, keeping the atmosphere light which helped with anxiety I was feeling towards the procedure. The assistant Heba was very sweet and knowledgeable as well, she was able to walk me through the processes she would be taking a part in and offered a lot of support!
